Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.

Anger Management Groups

The goal of anger management is to reduce both feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. We can't get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage us, nor can you change them, but we can learn to control our reactions.

Parenting Groups

Sometimes a parent needs guidance when reinforcing rules and setting boundaries for a child. If a person is going through a divorce, this can affect a child or children involved. Each of the issues can affect a family unit, and it’s important that you don’t weather the storm alone. Parental education groups can assist with improving parenting skills, as well as relationships between the parent and child.

People who have developed an addiction may be unaware that it is out of control, which is why counseling is an essential part of working through and managing this condition. An addiction of any sort can be exhausting and one should never go through the recovery process alone.
